Today we’re full of good news!! Not because of the collections, what we need your help to rise, but because we’re becaming a social phenomenon!! We fashion!! And is never too late for doing good, we have 5 days left!

We have more + 3.200 followers on Facebook, and + 7.400 followers on twitter, wich adds more than 10.000 people! More than 5.000 donation are being done, more than a 100 are from companies, and we’ve appeared on more than a 100 media (TV, radio, written media, blogs…). This numbers are amazing if we consider that we doesn’t exist 3 months ago, but is natural because the problem is too bad.Our mission is very serious, and what we want is to shake minds from the information and truth, with transparency and honesty as our flag. You’re demonstrating that there are many big heart people.

But the most impressive of all is that we like everyone a lot, and that makes us all very happy. How do we know? Because some webpages analysis. For example, according to followfriday.com, we reached to114 GLOBAL #FF position between 21 million accounts.

We’re on Christmas Eve. How little time left to finish!

Today’s image it may ring you the bell, because he has more than 1.250.000 followers on twitter. Is Miguel’s (@ifilosofia) account picture, a person who’s being not just watching and supporting us since a couple of week ago, he has also decided to follow and encourage us with his support yesterday. With his spread and recommendations, yesterday we added 900 follower on twitter! Thanks to many people actions, now “90”is what it is. Each person is necessary. And as more as we become, more we can help.”

We have a huge gratitude feeling for being able to help. We had the great fortune to grow up in a developed country where nobody dies of hunger. It’s true were having hard times because of the crisis, but we can help. Despite thinks had being better since the initial hunger declaration 5 months ago and the number of persons at imminent risk of death from malnutrition is being reduced from 750.000 to 250.000 thanks to the help that is being given by the organization working in the area, they steel exits 250.000 persons. And it’s not anything, is hunger. And we can help from our sofa or mobile phone. Join 90, spread, and if you want to, donate.

Is exciting what’s happening with “90 million in 90 days”. I was watching to Barcelona’s team colleges, Cristina Gómez and Eva Font, interview video, the testimony of two persons who join the team. Is an example on how we all feel. This week, two new persons have joined the working team.

Very Good Morning!

We keep growing in all areas! Yesterday we surpassed the 7.500 fans on the social networks, and we reached the amount of 100 partners companies!. That fills us of joy, and some other companies are committed to collaborate with us :) And it we’re not surprised!

On one side, as soon as they know about us *the became interested on the social cause and look the way to help us, almost throw communicating the initiative to them employees, and in some cases, cash donations. But on the other side, knowing we’ll talk about them and we’re very influential helps them to take that step.

Influential? 90 million in 90 days is influential? And why for? I happens to be a number call “Klout” that measures how influential is a person or organization in the social networks. The best 3 companies at social networks last Monday where Movistar, Telepizza and Zara. Well, our Klout is 68, same as Movistar, and over Telepizza and Zara. December 21 …. 10 days left to December 31…. The final countdown starts! If we’ve don’t slow down yet, imagine what this last 10 days is going to be. Let`s go everybody! Keep it full!

We’ve being some time preparing something really bib! Because we think a lot in all of you, and we know about the typical new year’s porpoises, we’ve decided to help with to great sports events in Madrid. A Fitness Master Class and a Charity Paddle Tournament. ¿When? both of them on nextSaturday January 7.

In the morning, the three and a half hours Fitness Master Class jajajaja, I know, we do everything big, but, as a matter of fact, there are 3 activities and you can inscribe yourself on any of them.

It will happen at Centro Deportivo Municipal Pepu Hernandez at San Blas, and the activities program is as follows:
10:30 – 11:00 Fitness to work (arrival to the sports centre, change of clothes, music and some all publics exercises, kids included).
11:00 – 12:00 Latin Rhythms (valid activity for all public and ages, come with your dance couple and get fun)
12:00 – 13:00 Bodycombat (high cardiovascular and muscle intensity activity that requires to be in good shape)
13:00 – 14:00 Bodybalance (low intensity activity, to get relaxed at the end of the event, it mix yoga, taichi and Pilates, suitable for all public)

It rings you the bell? This girl is from Florida and her name is Rachel Wheeler. At age of 12 years old,she collected US$ 250.000 for Haiti. And she and gave shelter to 27 families in earthquake-proof homes. “Rachel doesn’t only want to help” remembers her mother, “She said she should help”. To read the full story click here .

You know this boy? He is Andrew Adansi-Bonnah, 11 year all boy from Ghana. He proposed itself to collect US$ 13.000.000to fight the famine at Africa’s Horn. Weeks later, he has collected US$ 6.500.“I wonder why a boy his age could be worried about people so far away”, says Samuel Adanso-Bonnah, his father. This days are to be spend with the family. Ideal time that can be used to spread 90! jajajajaja! There are two weeks left and we have to push harder to keep the collections growing. Day 76, € 40.387, records day!

Very Good Morning!

Today is almost the last initiative Sunday, yes there are very few days left for finishing the collection phase! And you steel showing everyday how GREAT you are and the BIG HEART you have, with all your unconditional and constant support.

Yesterday, the received SMS for the cause record was broken, more than € 200 on messages just in seven hours! Thanks to the KmpraMaratón organized by Guilermo Campra and Carla Campra,with his family and KmpraRadio people support. If you check his web page your going to hallucinate, and all of us who can enjoy them program we hallucinate much more. Good music and tons of illusion and good humour.

And with his action, we’ve broke another record! We’ve reached the € 40.000 collected!! If you remember, the equivalence to with € 40 you can save a malnourished child who reaches to the refugees camp, with the collected amount, 1.000 could be saved. THOUSAND!!! Is not about the numbers, is about the people.

Third record, adding facebook and twitter, we’ve reached the 7.000 fans! And we talk about fans and not followers, because your helping that much each day, that we can notice the affection for helping the people that is doing so bad at the Africa’s Horn.

Yesterday it was another amazing day!. First of all, Europa Press and El Mundo publish us again in the morning. In the afternoon, we were recommended by the @ifilosofía twitter account, which has 1.200.000 followers. And at night we enjoy two great concerts, one in Madrid and another one in Barcelona. Another day on “90” style. Do you realized that we keep going?.

All this is a very clear objective: to fight the humanitarian emergency that has scarred Africa’s Horn, currently the world’s worst. There’s a little campaign time left, and that’s another reason to push harder. Thanks for join us on this adventure!

Hi!

You’ve notice how little time we have left? And how little to rise the € 40.000, right? Come on! We’re arriving to the finish line! We’ll keep looking for solidary people who want’s to follow the initiative and donate two euros, do you help us? Of course! The little we ask for in the two weeks left, who could say no?.

Yesterday we were at Camilo José Cela University explaining how the initiative was born, why are we doing this, and what are we up to now to a group of students.The University has shown interest and commitment to the initiative, and some of his students also: it fills us with joy!

Let’s take a brief overview of our history in our day 75 (today): a crazy gay wakes up and realized it self that * the conditions of “life” in the Horn of Africa are hellish and avoidable*, and propose itself that many other people wakes up too as he just did. He creates a website and, with five other crazy guys, create a non-profit association, and they start to work, the show up in the news, start to show up in media, the team grows to more than 50 people, it became international, they establish agreements with two NGO, the collect nearly € 40.000, they pay a help project in Kenya, the have more than 6.000 fans at the social networks, more than 90 organizations and companies help them….

We’re not crazy. If we get to save just one life we’ll be doing something huge. We’re not playing god, we’re just trying to be Human. We want to show everyone that we all are. Join 90. Follow us! Donate €2!

Day 72, €38.333 A Project has been financed… let’s get some more!

Good morning!

Yesterday we credited the money to AMREF, so that they can set up their health attendance program in Turkana, in the north of Kenia. A dream was born 72 days ago, and little by little it’s becoming true. €26.645 have been assigned to this project, and €11.688 have already been collected for the ones to come! Let’s do more stuff! Thanks!

Two of the events planned for this week have already taken place and… we’re extremely happy about them! Don’t miss the next 5 events, both in Madrid and Barcelona. Check out information about them here!

Although the date of the event may not have been the most suitable one due to the holiday week, on Saturday night all the bands filled the club with great music and atmosphere! Capitán Sunrise, Los Alimentos Local Qua4tro and Molim are the bands that played there. Thanks a lot! People really enjoyed this first solidarity concert for the project.

And yesterday we had a solidarity dinner at the restaurant Isla del Tesoro, where apart from enjoying such a delicious African vegetarian menu, we could see PauRaksha filling the room with magic with her hypnotic dances. Thanks a lot!

We’re very happy because we’ve exceeded the 6.000 fans!!! 6 Days ago there were 5.000. Thanks a lot for helping get to much more people :)

There are remarkable examples of companies, organizations and media that are joining to 90, and we steel have 19 days left so that much more could join us!. Some last week examples that we knew about:

- Bilbao’s shire of Osakidetza has join the initiative and asked his health centres to hang some posters. We’ve being told by Hij@s de Eva y Adan blog

- The Estudiantes Las Tablas School has spread the initiative throw his teachers and parents so they can know it throw e-mail, and they’ve got us a basketball signed by the Asefa EstudiantesEndesa (ACB) League basketball team players.

- The Colegio Oficial de Enfermeria de Barcelona (COIB) will dictate a presentation in wich they’ll talk about the initiative and they have talked about it to all there associates through a memo.

- The 100 montaditos restaurant at calle Monasterio de El Escorial in Madrid, has placed piggy banks, initiative posters, they’ll make a cash donation, and they’ll invite other restaurants on de franchise to join the initiative too.

- The Federación de Colegas, the Malaga City Council and the Malaga County Council, have colaborated organizing a press conference to witch all of them invite us to talk about the initiative, as a result the initiative has appeared on multiple media at the Andalusia Region.

- Frigicoll and Conversaction, among others, has made cash donations.

- Applesfera has posted about our new free iPhone application.

- Ambulancias Santa Sofía has hang out some posters in them office, as you can see on today’s picture.
