Day 60, 30,155€, the final sprint!

Gentileza de Marta Temprado
Good morning!
We have covered two thirds of our way and, here we have the final sprint! Are you going to help us go the extra mile!
It's a good time to think about everything that we have done and change to renew our objectives.
The first 30 days we raised 8,500€, and the next 30, 21,500€, to reach the 30,000€ that you can see in today's headline. We have more than 4,000 followers in several social networks. That's incredible! How could a handful of fools achieve all this? With hope and strength, dreaming big, having no limits and saying YES!! to everything that has showed up.
Thanks to the confidence and hope of many other fools, who don't want to be accomplices to the inaction, we don't seem as foolish now.

However, maths doesn't lie. Today, 15,000 people would need to get 8 people involved every week to achieve 90 millions in 90 days with just €2 donations. We can not make it that way so the only option to get the closest to our goal as we can is to reach millions of people and hope some of them will donate and help us spread the word.
We are working hard and will keep on doing it until the very end, but now more than ever we need your help in these final 30 days,How?
  • Help us to make the problem in Africa known getting new followers on Twitter and Facebook.
  • Retweet the twitts we post at 9am and 10pm (GMT+1 or UTC+1), if you are on Twitter.
  • Donate 2€ (or more), if you want to. That would be great. It means that a child would eat two days.
And if you want to play a more active role, please contact us at @90million90days or mail contact (@) 90mn90d.com

What are we doing in exchange to your support and commitment?
Today at 10 am, we are signing the agreement to fund Turkana's project with AMREF, With this project we are going to support the primary health care systems for the people who lives in that region, in a humanitarian emergency situation. It is amazing how well these health care centers are working with the nomad population of the region.

Also we are going to be with the Spanish channel La Sexta the whole morning to record a report for the weekend news! Stay tune!
Our focus is not so much the money (it is, because it will help African families) as we want PEOPLE TO WAKE UP.
After decades of poverty in Africa, we have got used to horrible pictures and to hearing that people died of hunger. That's NOT NORMAL, many of us have woken up and we FIND IT OUTRAGEOUS. Every now and them we will ask you to donate, but what we want is to reach every corner of the world. Letting everyone know, cracking that shell that has made us insensitive all these years. We want people to join 90 because they have woken up, or they already had and just knew about us.
That's all. That easy. Believe it or not we are changing the world!!

Thanks for being here!
